UPDATE: The people behind the Retrofit Rebate Program saw the huge potential, and to further encourage home owners, raised the rebate by 25% to $3,750. Exterior Insulation Rebates.
This has since been updated. The amount now offered for exterior insulation is $3,750. There is also a potential $850 for lowering the air exchange rate in your home, which EIFS will help with.
